OK, so, Texas opens this can of worms, only to find out Alfred Hitchcock has sent The Birds to deal with the problem.
This whole case is based upon a lie, exactly as I suspected.

Harold, no one is saying that if a child is being abused they should not be rescued from it. We’re saying that to remove children from an allegedly abusive environment without a lick of proof is not a good thing. Surely you can see that point clearly, without emotion getting in the way.

Like I’ve said before, I’m not their defenders!!
That state has an obligation to take those kids out of there, it also has an obligation to do it legally. They didn’t, and if you pay attention to the news, what I was talking about is now begining. The ACLU has arrived, and they will eventually destroy the states case. Who the moron was that was behind this “raid” made sure that just about every rule and law that could be broken or abused was. Now this thing will drag out for months, maybe years, but in the long run, the kids will end up back with the parents. Is that what you consider to be the right thing for these kids?
What I’ve been saying is CPS hand the legal right to walk in there, because there have been reports of underage girls being molested. They could’ve interviewed them and right then taken those girls into protective custody, and then started the legal process of prosecuting the fathers for child molesting, and the mother for aiding them by doing nothing. That would’ve put an end to this “church” once and for all. But for some reason they decided we live in a “Third World Country” and they can do whatever, however they wanted. They screwed us, the legal system, and worse of all, the kids they supposed to protect!
