A serial rapist has lashed out at police in a Melbourne court, hurling a glass of water at a detective and calling another officer a “f***ing dog”.
Sedat Avci, already serving time for crimes that saw him dubbed the northern suburbs serial rapist, exploded in anger after being sentenced to three years’ jail for an indecent act with an eight-year-old girl.
After being sentenced, Avci threw the glass of water on one detective from the dock and yelled “f***ing dog” at another.
“Tell them the f***ing truth you f***ing animal,” he yelled.
The shouting match continued as a group of the victim’s supporters gathered around the dock, one shouting: “You rape little girls”.
Avci’s father also argued with police during the clash.
A team of security guards was called to restore calm and keep the fighting parties apart.
The outburst happened moments after Victorian County Court Judge Carolyn Douglas left the court room.
She had just told Avci that he had shown some insight into his behaviour.

What is it with so many of our young criminals? Why on earth do they, when they know they’ve been found guilty and are going to go to jail, scream and shout abuse at everyone involved.
If I was a judge and had someone in front of me who I was oinly going to send away for three months or whatever, I’d double it just on principle. If you’re going to be such an asshole, you deserve it.

Yes, it’s bad, but what caught my eye was what the Judge said while she was sentencing him (“She had just told Avci that he had shown some insight into his behaviour” ) and what happened the second she left the room.
I’m so happy that we have people who are such excellent judges of character in our Judiciary.

It’s weird man. Much safer for kids here in Korea. Kids walk around at 10pm at night here – no worries. Actually surprised me all those years ago.
But then again. And this is a Korean take on parental responsibility. Mad as this country is, they have their good points… perhaps.

Which amounts to one year’s jail time for sexually, violently, with premeditation, assaulting an eight year old girl.
There is a BIG problem with many of Australia’s judges’ judgment… or lack there of.

Bullshit. Lots of kids drink early, smoke a bit of weed and maybe have some speed. Na, the guy’s a cunt.

I am certain that this story
could lead to much merriment in commenting, relevant to the screaming and shouting of the convicted.
Note that this arse-hat’s victim, his mother FFS, was an “Environmental Campaigner”, and that he yelled out that his own sentence was “manifestly inadequate” for murdering his own mother!!!!
What can one say?
We all have fantasies of cutting short the carbon footprints of various “environmental campaigners”, I suppose, but this is taking things to extremes……..
