Speaking as one who has followed the CAIR sagas from the beginning, I would be surprised if anyone is surprised by this.

I think you are going to see much more of this inner connectivity of operations in the future, especially given the funding sources. Most of the countries in the Middle East have their own banking systems in country. Now that the terrorists know what we are tracking, courtesy of the NYT, they can make the necessary adjustments by making sure that the money going out comes from a clean account as it wends its way into the international banking system. It makes sense that various organizations would pool resources. After all most are after the same thing, the destruction of Israel and western democracies. The Sovereign Wealth funds are buying a boatload of western assets. That means hundreds, if not thousands, of new clean accounts available for funding purposes with no ability to trace the source of the money.
