That’s the Victoria Arts Centre Tim, which is right next to our major concert hall (Hamer Hall), which is in turn, right on the Yarra. It’s also across from some rather large and spectacular gardens, and very close to the Southbank restaurant district, Crown Casino and the Herald Sun and IBM Towers.
