I always, ALWAYS, hated the song “Somewhere Over The Rainbow”. I thought it was mediocre sap. Then I heard Israel Kamakawiwo’ole (from Hawaii) sing it. Absolutely beautiful. I think because he underdramatizes it, unlike everyone else whoever sand it.
