You’ve got it all wrong, Gus. It’s not as if he’d want Cheney under the care and supervision of, say, Sheriff Joe. It’s far more likely he wants Cheney in a ‘softer’ penitentiary. He just wants the ex Veep cared for in a safe, secure environment with free nutritious meals, round-the-clock medical care, access to educational material, access to exercise equipment and the like. He merely thinks the ex Veep should be cared for by the State more than the average US citizen is.
